Hello sweets today I share a recipe, which I loved in particular, these popsicle cake is a new form of eating without knives, and is very practical, there are many different flavors and coverage, but this time will be covered with fondant and will be strawberries with white chocolate. The recipe is very basic and you can replace the strawberries and white chocolate with your ingredients to your liking.
⁃ 1 egg.
⁃ 60 gr. Refine sugar.
⁃ 70 gr. Flour all propuse.
⁃ Lemon zest ( amount needed )
⁃ 40 ml. Sunflower Oil.
⁃ 60 ml. Natural yogurt
⁃ 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla extract
⁃ 1(8 teaspoon baking powder
⁃ A pinch of salt.
⁃ 60 gr. Strawberry
⁃ 50 gr. Chips White chocolate
⁃ Dye in gel
⁃ Wooden sticks
– Preheat oven to 180•C
-In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, reserve.
-In another bowl mix the egg, yogurt, oil and vanilla.
-Add the liquid mix with those of the dry ingredients and mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
-Add the sparks of chocolate and chopped strawberries into small pieces.
-In the pre-greased popsicles molds and add the mixture 3/4 parts and bake for 12 min.
-Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
-Already cold and resting, insert the wooden stick with a little melted chocolate so that it is firm and glued.
-Cover with fondant with the figures to your liking.
Enter refrigerator for 30 min.
-Enjoy these delicious popsicles.
