Hi sweeties do you like Baileys? I love it.
Those cupcakes are so delicious! This combination with chocolate one of my favorite flavor.
The cupcake base in moist and fluffy.
These cupcakes were a hit! Moist, fluffy, rich and delicious! Perfect for a picnic or any occasion.
Qty: 12 cupcakes
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 3/4 Cup refined sugar
- 1/4 cup brown light sugar
- 1 egg 1/2 cup cocoa powder (I use Hersey’s)
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Baileys
- 1/2 teaspoon powder for Bake 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
- 150 Gr. Of butter at room temperature.
- 250 Gr. Of Sugar Glass
- 200 gr. Cocoa powder.
- 4 tbsp of Baileys
Preheat oven 180 • C In a bowl, sift flour, cocoa and baking powder, reserve.
In a blender, beat the butter with the refined sugar, and muscovado, Added all, Add the egg and vanilla.
Continue beating and add the cocoa mixture slowly, alternating with the milk and the Baileys. Finally Incorporated all, Add the mixture 3/4 parts of the mold for cupcakes with Capacillos, and bake for 20 min.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Frosting Beat the butter, until it is ointment consistency and add the sugar, Baileys and cocoa.
With a manga and Duya of your choice decorate the already cold cupcakes, and decorate with macarons.
